After a successful Bangalore workshop in Jan 2020 in the new action oriented format, I am happy to take this further and bring it to you in Pune. But first, what did the participants in Bangalore experience?
This workshop has given clarity on many things. Many of us know many things and do not know where we are and what it takes to go where we want to go. I am one among them before the workshop and workshop has given immense clarity on these. It was like looking myself at the mirror and coming close to reality. It also gives me the chnace to relook/revisit the goals and my financial investments and plan with much more clarity. The way the template covers most of the aspects of personal finance is the key and it gives 360 degere view of one’s financial life status. Thanks a ton again. – Amrithraj K, Senior Technical Speacialist-DevOps, Phillips India, Bengaluru
You helped me get out of my fear of numbers by putting it in easy to understand concepts. For the first time I feel in control of my finances and have clarity on next steps. – Shweta Goel, JP Morgan, Bengaluru
Thanks for the workshop on Saturday. It was very insightful presentation and is going to change the way I look at my finances going forward. I am sure it will help me manage my money better and take planned financial decisions. – Sunil Pai, Software Consultant, Southeastern Grocers Inc (US), Bengaluru
And now, the Money & You workshop comes to Pune.
If you want to go through the same experience, I invite you to join me in Pune on Saturday, Feb 8, 2020 in Kalyani Nagar.
We follow this one quickly with another workshop on Saturday, Feb 22, 2020 at Baner, Pune.
Why should you come to this workshop?
At some point in your financial and investing journey, you ask the following questions.
- Will I be able to reach my financial goals of education of my children and my financial freedom?
- Am I over diversified? Do I have too many investments in my portfolio?
- Am I saving enough?
- Can I afford to spend more in experiences for my family?
- How much of my money should be invested and where? Should I have more of fixed income or more of equity? Does the amount of real estate in the portfolio make sense?
Almost all answers to the above depend on two words – “plan” and “structure“.
Announcing the 2020 edition of Money and You workshop on financial planning, investing, money and mutual funds.
The Money and You workshop is about helping you build that plan and structure your portfolio in line with your needs and goals (and not your banker’s or friends/colleagues).
In this workshop, you will:
- Build your own financial plan in line with your goals.
- Determine your asset allocation
- Check if your current investments are right for you
- Move closer to having a focused investment portfolio
- Take investment decisions with confidence
The workshop will also have a section on taking a structured approach to selecting mutual funds.
The “Money and You ” workshop will help you become aware of where you are today with your money and what concrete steps you should be taking to get that early retirement, fund your children’s education, set aside money for your own venture and many more decisions.
You will walk out with an actionable plan that you can immediately start putting into practice and get some quick wins.
You don’t need any prior knowledge for attending this workshop.
For best results, you may bring your own device (laptop/tablet) with Spreadsheet software to work with your own data. This will enable you to build your plan along and chart out your own asset allocation and investments.
(It’s okay if you wish to do this back home after the workshop)
Since this is an action oriented workshop which needs a lot of focus, the number of seats are limited – only 20.
So, if you are planning to change the way you look at your money and investments and make your money work for you, register now.
It will also be ideal if you join in with your spouse (if you have one). You see, it takes 2 to tango and financial decisions involve the family, so your spouse’s understanding is very important. It will also help build the necessary bridges to walk together on your financial journey.
