Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website or Service will be submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts in Mumbai, India.

Foreign Jurisdictions

Fees / Refunds / Cancellations
Users pay fee via third party payment gateways, which may collect personal information of users including debit/credit card details to charge your account/card.
Fees once paid are not refundable.
In a rare case, where there is a duplicate payment, a refund is applicable. The refund for a payment done via a payment gateway will be sent back via the same gateway and will be subject to the rules as specified by the gateway.
In any case, there will not be a cash refund.
